WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

An Internet Connection - FAST, is preferred. (Cable, DSL, Broadband...)
We reccommend one of these free services as an added bonus > YAHOO Instant Messaging, or MSN Messenger, or SKYPE.
We provide the software that will allow you to see our screen and watch how we can fix the issue at hand, we even offer the option to open your plan file and fix your actual plan. We will then be able to quickly send and receive files using one of your Option 2 free chatting software programs. We also can take control of your screen and teach using your program.

Once you have fill out and sent in the request, we will contact you with all the details. This training session is a One on One session, but you can have as many people view it and add to it as your computer can allow. But please be aware the more people you add, the slower the learning process. You will also get the option to pick your instructor and time frame. We will work with your schedule, you do not have to work with ours. Right now we have 3 instructors to choose from: David Michael, Patricia Abood, & Andy Tardif.

If you have enjoyed our videos, then your gonna love the One on One training sessions. Any subject, learn at your own speed, master symbols, kitchen design, roofs, terrain - you name it..!

Each session is one hour long and cost a flat fee of $100.00. This money is not refundable after the session has started. Payment will be maid via PayPal ahead of time to secure your appointment.
