Garage Foundations In Chief Architect

Hi Dave,

I really love your Chief tutorials !

I have a problem with my model. I'm leaving in Canada (Montreal) and here the foundation must be at least 5 feet deep (for freezing)

I have a garage which is connected to my house. The garage slab is on grade and it should be something like 28" inches below my finish top of house floor.

I'm unable to set my level, my garage foundation walls are not the same as the house foundation walls. Attached is my model. If you could teach us (make a tutorial about levels) it would be appreciated. Also, because of the different level, I see blue walls appearing, how to change that ?
